Our portfolio includes the full range of education projects, from pre-school through to higher education, as well as many other community based schemes. Working closely with the stakeholder teams from the outset, our projects seek to create and inclusive and comprehensive approach to ensure that all projects are creative in their solutions, yet underpinned by a robust strategy and rationale.

Leisure

Working across the UK and also Europe and further afield we have delivered a range of leisure developments, working from initial concept stages through to site construction phases. Through the overseas projects, this includes an understanding of the needs of project delivery with local design and construction teams

Retail

We have a detailed appreciation of the requirements within the retail sector, not least the constraints of programme and the need for close communication with contractor teams. Our experience includes working with a range of high street brands, and includes fit out of developer shells and also new build store developments

Commercial

With an extensive range of experience in both new build and refurbishment, we have delivered many commercial schemes across the UK. Our involvement has been working at early feasibility stages with developer clients to assess viable site and building options and also with contractors to ensure a similar rigour is bought to the latter delivery stages of a project

Residential

We have worked on a variety of sites, ranging from single plots up to larger mixed use schemes, creating imaginative and practical solutions. From the initial site appraisals through to the detailed constructions phases, our experience has focussed on assessing the individual needs of a client brief and the site context
