Morgan's Harbour, Bermuda

Working as design managers for an international development consortium The Bush Consultancy obtained local planning consent for the redevelopment of the former US Naval Air Station Annex at Morgans Point, Bermuda (an area represnting 2% of the total land area of the islands of Bermuda). Working with US and UK design consultants and incorporating 240 villa lots, a resort hotel and a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course as well as extensive water recycling facilities consent was granted within three months of the planning submission.
